FRIED PURPLE YAM CAKE FILLED WITH VICOSAP MACAPUNO COCONUT STRINGS
*Ingredient
300g purple yam
100g tapioca starch
100g cornstarch
50g sugar
50g condensed milk
40ml unsweetened fresh milk

Step 1: Peel the yam, wash it, then cut it into small pieces and steam or boil for about 20 minutes. When the yam are cooked, put them in a bowl and mash with a fork.
